Disorderly event
Location:900 block Hillcrest Dr., S.W.
Date/Time:7:08 p.m. June 20
Details:An individual was outside cursing and being disorderly to neighbors. In the course of their investigation, officers determined that the same subject was in another incident outside of Vienna. The subject was arrested by Fairfax County Police after they secured a warrant for the previous event.

Date/Time:2:21 a.m. June 21
Details:An intoxicated individual was observed approaching a group of men wielding a knife. Vienna Police intervened and the man was arrested and charged with being Drunk in Public. Arrested: Marvin Robelo Reyes- Martinez, 24, of Cedar Lane in Vienna.
 

Credit Card Fraud
Location:300 block Maple Ave., E.
Date/Time:7:50 p.m. June 22
Details:A wallet was found by a citizen. After investigating, officers determined that the credit cards had been used fraudulently.

Details:An individual was driving aggressively and threatening other drivers. He was located and during the stop, he attempted to leave and ran into a Vienna Police cruiser. Minor damage sustained. Charged with reckless Driving: Jamal D. Afifi, 22, of Spring Ridge Road in Vienna.
 

Vandalism
Location:500 block Lawyers Rd., N.W.
Date/Time:Between June 14 and 22
Details:Unknown object broke glass out of a door. A neighbor reported hearing gun shots but nothing further substantiated that claim.
 

Assault
Location:100 block Center St., S.
Date/Time:12 noon June 14
Details:An juvenile male was struck in the face by a known subject. The victim received non- life threatening injuries. The case is still being investigated.

Date/Time:11 p.m. June 24
Details:Subsequent to a traffic stop Marshall Andrew Vickers, 51, of Grapevine, Texas was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.
 

Vandalism
Location:200 block Cedar Ln., S.E.
Date/Time:Between 7:30 a.m. June 23 and 3:45 p.m. June 24
Details:Unknown subject(s) gouged a long scratch into the side of a vehicle.
 

Arrest
Location:900 block Maple Ave., E.
Date/Time:1:37 a.m. June 26
Details:Subsequent to a traffic stop a 17 year old male from McLean, Virginia was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and taken to the Vienna Police Station for analysis of his breath. After completing the analysis, he was summonsed and released to his father.

Details:An officer observed a man take produce items from a bin in front of the store and subsequently charged him with larceny and drunk in public: Paul W. Marshall, 42, 2203 Huntington Ave., Alexandria.

Location:Office building, 380 Maple Ave., W.
Date/Time:Between 8:40 and 11:45 a.m. June 27
Details:A wallet was taken from a purse at an office.

Date/Time:Between 9 p.m. June 26 and 7:30 a.m. June 27
Details:An MP-3 player was taken from an unlocked car parked at a house.

Date/Time:11:34 p.m. June 27
Details:During a traffic stop, Victor Daniel Castro-Elguera, 21, 248 Cedar Ln., S.E., Vienna, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving without a license.
 

Petit larceny
Location:400 block Tapawingo Rd., S.E.
Date/Time:Between midnight and 7:30 a.m. June 27
Details:A GPS device was taken from a car parked at a house. Entry was gained by breaking a window.

Details:During a traffic stop, Michael Aubry Mahin, 22, 700 Skip Jack Ln., Kill Devil Hills, NC, was charged with driving on a suspended license.
