The Town Clerk is appointed by the Town Council and provides administrative support to the Mayor and members of Council. The Clerk is charged with the responsibility of preparing and compiling all background materials for the agenda, and maintaining the minute books of the Council meetings; all ordinances and resolutions adopted by the Town Council; all deeds and easements recorded with Fairfax County; and all other official documents of the Town which establish the public, official and historical record.
