The Department of Planning and Zoning provides all Town-required services relative to long-range planning, current planning, zoning administration, code enforcement and waste recycling programs. The Department provides technical advice and staff support to the Town Council, Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, Board of Architectural Review, Windover Heights Board of Review, Town/Business Liaison Committee and various other federal, Commonwealth and local agencies.
Before starting a process online or offline, be sure your property
is in the Town limits. Generally, you are within the Town limits
if your zip code is 22180 and you have a 3 digit street address
number. There are, however, a few exceptions to this rule. In
addition, your address will end with a quadrant designation such
as NW, NE, SW, or SE (such as 321 Park Street, SE.) Please call
