Administrative Services' Role
The Office of Administrative Services is responsible for providing a comprehensive human resources system. The department is also charged with developing, preparing and presenting the annual Town budget. In addition, it oversees the operation of the Town's telecommunications system. This office also conducts special studies and policy reviews.
The Administrative Services Department coordinates and directs the Town's risk management programs. Its goal is to protect the financial resources of the Town by identifying potential loss exposures while implementing loss control programs.
