Employees' annual leave accumulations increase with service time. Annual leave is earned as follows:

0 through 2 years	4	13.00
2 years, one day through 5 years	5	16.25
5 years, one day through 8 years	6	19.50
8 years, one day through 11 years	7	22.75
12 years, one day and up	8	26.00

The maximum amount of annual leave that an employee may accumulate is 240 hours. Annual leave in excess of 240 hours on December 31st of each year will be reduced to this limit.

Sick Leave
Employees earn 4 hours per pay period (13 days) with unlimited accumulation.

In the event that an approved holiday falls on a Saturday, the previous Friday will be considered as the holiday. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, it will be observed on the following Monday.
